We aim to get your CP12 back to you as soon as possible. CP12s are typically completed within 3 working days across Oldham, Chadderton and the surrounding boroughs, depending on workload. Landlords and letting agents are welcome.

Our call-out charge is £75 for the first hour, which covers attendance and diagnosis. Any parts or additional labour are quoted before we proceed, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How much does a new boiler cost?
As an example, a Glow-worm Compact with a 5-year manufacturer warranty starts from £1,800 fully fitted. Every install is quoted in writing after a free survey, the final price depends on the boiler you choose, the flue route and any system upgrades.
