How long does installation take?+
A like-for-like combi swap is one day. A full new system (boiler + cylinder + radiators + pipework) typically 3–5 working days, scheduled around your hot-water needs.
Combi or system boiler, which is right?+
1 bathroom = combi. 2+ bathrooms or high simultaneous demand = system boiler + unvented cylinder. We size to your real usage, not a brochure.
Do you do heat-loss calculations?+
Yes, every installation includes a room-by-room heat-loss calculation. Without it, the system is guesswork.
Will I get a warranty?+
Yes. As a manufacturer-approved Vaillant installer we can register flagship Vaillant boilers for up to 20 years parts and labour when fitted with the compatible smart control. Glow-worm and Baxi boilers typically carry 5–10 years. Every install is registered with the manufacturer in your name.
Do you notify Building Control / Gas Safe?+
Yes, every install is notified to Gas Safe Register within 48 hours and your Building Regs compliance certificate is posted to you.
