Our story
Set up to help people the way the big firms don't.
C Nixon Plumbing & Heating was founded in 2018 by Christopher Nixon after years working for national heating contractors across the North West. The job kept hitting the same wall, rushed surveys, unclear pricing and homeowners pushed into systems they didn't need.
The fix was to start over. A small, owner-led business with one engineer on every call, fair prices written down before the work starts, and parts on the van so most repairs are done in a single visit. No upselling, no faceless call-centre, no surprise add-ons on the invoice.
We help homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Oldham, Chadderton, Manchester, Rochdale and the surrounding boroughs. From a one-off boiler swap to portfolio CP12s, the standard is the same: Gas Safe certified, paperwork tidy, your home cleaner when we leave than when we arrived.
Today we cover 9 boroughs from our base in Chadderton, with a growing list of repeat customers who call us first whenever the heat drops out or a tap starts leaking. We're Gas Safe registered and work across both domestic and commercial projects, anything from changing a tap to a full house renovation.
We pride ourselves on giving customers the best advice and keeping you up to date at every stage of the work. We can now also offer finance on boiler installations, ask for details.
